The VOLTZ, which gets its name from “volt,” was developed, according to Chief Engineer Takeshi Yoshida, with an aim “to establish a new genre of vehicle that boasts SUV flair, fun-to-drive attributes and station wagon-like utility.”
The cabin is roomy and the rear seatbacks fold to create a flat luggage space with a smooth-surface deck and deck-floor rails for versatile use. The VOLTZ’s rear glass hatch is another example of user friendliness. |
